Yes. All in-stock orders placed during our November sale will be processed and dispatched ahead of the Christmas shipping cut-off dates. Special-order items are excluded and are subject to their individual lead times.

Yes, click & collect is free from our Loganholme store. Choose it at checkout and we’ll let you know when your order is ready.

Discount codes can’t be combined with sale prices. Gift cards can be used as payment.

Yes, our usual change-of-mind policy applies. Email info@hammerroo.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order (or of buying in store) to arrange a return. Once the item is back with us unused, unopened and in its original packaging, we’ll issue a store credit. Return postage is at your cost.

Some items can’t be returned for change of mind: epoxy, finishes, glues and other liquids, opened PPE, custom-cut and special-order items, and anything marked final sale or clearance.
