    Unlimited mobility

With ergonomic carrying handles, cord holder and a transport safety device, in addition to an extremely compact, lightweight design thanks to flush-mounted guide rods.

    Maximum precision

Dual bearings. The Festool twin-column guide guarantees smooth, reliable guidance of the saw blade and maximum precision.

    Wide range of applications

Thanks to the mitre angles of up to 60 degrees on both sides. The angle can be adjusted using the snaps on the table in order to rapidly select the preset mitre angle via locking positions. All other angles are freely selectable and adjustable.

    Extremely versatile

Thanks to an inclination angle on both sides of up to 47 or 46 degrees. The angle is adjusted via the highly accessible and easy to use clamp in combination with the extremely precise scale.

    Also for long workpieces

The extension table, which can be pulled out separately, provides reliable and accurate support for long workpieces as well.

Clear view of the workpiece and a dust-free environment

The extraction system in combination with a Festool mobile dust extractor sucks up the chips at their source – providing a clean and healthy working environment.

Even more versatility thanks to the groove function

Rapid and precise grooving is also possible with the cutting depth limiter.

    Saves time, saves errors

The SM-KS bevel makes the rapid measurement of interior and exterior angles and subsequent transfer to the saw simple and precise.

Optimum visibility of the scribe mark

The LED spotlight (included in all SET versions) projects the shadow of the saw blade onto the material, highlighting precise cutting lines.

    Clever accessories

The additional feet (available as accessories) raise the KS 60 workbench to the exact height of a SYSTAINER SYS 1. This can therefore also be used as a workbench and enables long workpieces to be reliably supported.

    Fast changes

The spindle stop enables the saw blade to be changed quickly and safely. The Allen key needed for this is stowed neatly in the key storage box and is always close to hand.

    For left- and right-handed users

Switch and handle are in a central position so they are just as easy for right-handed and left-handed users to operate.

Always adapted to the working material

Variable speed preselection for adapting to the working material.

More mobile with the base frame

The base frame for the KS 60 is a stand and a transport frame in one – for even easier transportation of the KAPEX KS 60. It takes the KAPEX KS 60 up to a working height that is easier on the back and can be set up quickly and easily using a cleverly designed folding mechanism. The additional trimming attachment enables precise working with the extension arm up to a cutting length of 2.4 m. The KAPEX KS 60 is assembled on the base frame using the UG-AD-KS 60 adapter plate. This also has an integrated saw blade holder for storing an additional saw blade.

    • While we endeavor to provide the postage option chosen at cart, sometimes this is not possible due to factors including; weight restrictions, physical size restrictions & location. We will endeavor to provide a similar service where possible eg. Australia Post Express may be replaced with TNT Express for larger items.
    • Please note the maximum package length that can be sent through Australia Post is 105cm and the maximum weight is 22kg. Anything over these dimensions will be sent via courier. If the parcel is outside these dimensions the parcel cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
    • All items over 30kg needing a tailgate will be flagged on the product page & we will contact you to arrange a quote. For more information on the Tailgate Drop Fee please read below.

Insurance - Covering Loss/Damage In Transit

    • All freight companies used by Hammer Roo are general carriers and therefore do not cover damage or loss of goods in transit. Hammer Roo offers a simple insurance option, that is calculated at 2% of the value of goods (starting at $0.75), your order will be insured against damage and/or loss in transit.
    • We offer insurance on our website as an Opt-Out option for orders up to $5000 in value. In other words, it is automatically included. The only way it cannot be included is if you specifically untick the Insurance checkbox. This is your tacit agreement that you choose not to insure the goods and are taking risk with any issues that arise during the shipment of your order once it leaves Hammer Roo.
    • If you do not accept the insurance charge, you will do so at your own risk and any damage and/or loss is your responsibility. In all cases, we HIGHLY recommend the optional protection of insurance.

    Optional Insurance Will Cover:

    • Damage from point of dispatch to point of delivery
    • Lost In Transit from point of dispatch to point of delivery

    Optional Insurance Will Not Cover:

    • Items stolen from delivery address after carrier has successfully delivered the package.
    • Items labeled as Authority To Leave

    Authority To Leave

    • If you want to have your order left at your address even if you are not home you can request Authority To Leave in the order notes during check out. If you request this option;
      • You are accepting responsibility for delivery of the item once it leaves the warehouse.
      • We assume a delivery has been made if the courier reports that the item has been delivered.
      • Non-delivery/Theft claims by customers will not be accepted if the carrier confirms delivery has been made even if optional insurance is purchased.

    Tailgate Drop Fees

    • Any single product carton that weighs over 30kg must be shipped on a skid or pallet.
    • If a product is over 30kg you can:
      • Pick it up from the closest courier depot. Please advise us that you would like to choose this option, and when it arrives at the courier's depot they will be in touch to advise you it is ready for pick up. They will also set out any terms and conditions for the pick-up. It will be loaded via forklift so having an appropriate vehicle or trailer to allow this to happen is your requirement.
      • Pay a tailgate drop fee. This will mean that the truck arriving to deliver the goods will have a hydraulic tailgate that will safely set the skid on the ground with a manual pallet truck to move the skid to a reasonable position on the property so that it is deemed to be safely delivered. Tailgate drop fees vary based on carrier (usually $65-$90), please contact us for an accurate quote.
    • If your consignment fits the above criteria we will contact you prior to dispatch to confirm your preferred method and collect the tailgate drop fee if you choose that option for your delivery.

    Manual Handling Surcharge (Overlength/Oversized Items)

    • Any item once packaged that measures over 1.2m, weighs over 30kg or cannot pass through automatic freight sortation machines and must be handled manually by freight companies.
    • For items 1.2 - 1.8m long there is a surcharge of $16.50 and for items 1.8m and longer there is a surcharge of $83.50 charged by the freight company to manually handle this freight.
    • Hammer Roo passes this charge on at cost. If you choose the In Store Pickup option there is no extra charge on your order for handling these items.

    Return To Sender

    • If an unsuccessful attempt is made to deliver a parcel or parcel is uncollected within the carriers specified time-frame & the carrier returns the parcel to sender the customer will be responsible for re-delivery & return to sender charges.
